Everything on the Site is protected by copyright under Republic Act No. 8293, the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines, and international copyright treaties. This includes our text, articles, recipe descriptions, menu and price designs, photographs, videos, PDF documents and page designs.

2. Trademarks

The name Manookan™, Manookan Fried Chicken House™ and the rooster logo are trademarks of Manookan Fried Chicken House. You may not use them in a way that suggests you are us, work with us, or are endorsed by us.

3. What you may do

View the Site and share links to its pages.
Download or print our menu and Barkada Order Planner for your own personal, non-commercial use.
Quote a short excerpt of an article with a clear credit and a link back to the original page.

4. What you may not do without our written permission

Copy, republish or redistribute our articles, recipes, photos, videos or designs, in whole or in substantial part.
Use our photos, logo or menu designs on another website, social media page, delivery app listing or printed material.
Sell, license or create derivative works from any content on the Site.
Copy the Site's design or source code to build another website.

Our source code is publicly visible on GitHub so the Site can be hosted. Being visible does not give anyone the right to reuse it.
